Who we are

Madloba ("the app") is an iPhone app for learning Georgian. Aquila Holdings LLC ("we," "us") makes the app. This policy tells you what happens to your information when you use the app and this website.

Information we collect

None. The app has no accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not collect your name, email, location, contacts, photos, device ID, or any other personal information.

The app does not contain analytics tools, advertising tools, or tracking code from us or anyone else.

Your progress stays on your device

Your lessons, XP, streak, hearts, and review schedule are stored only on your iPhone. We cannot see this data and we never receive a copy.

If you delete the app, iOS deletes this data too. If your iPhone backs up to iCloud or your computer, Apple may include app data in that backup under your own Apple settings. We have no access to your backups.

Purchases

If you buy a subscription, Apple processes the payment through the App Store. Apple does not give us your name, email, or payment details. The app only checks with Apple whether your subscription is active on your device. Apple's handling of your payment is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Apple gives developers general sales reports (for example, the number of downloads by country). These reports do not identify you.

Crash reports

If you turned on "Share with App Developers" in your iPhone settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. These help us fix bugs. They do not identify you. You can turn this off at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

We do not share or sell data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with anyone, because we don't have any. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts. Our web host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We do not use that data to identify you. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Children

Madloba does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Parents can let their children use the app knowing that no personal data leaves the device.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example, under GDPR in the EU and UK, or CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because we don't hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access or delete. To remove all app data, delete the app from your iPhone.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If a future version of the app starts to collect any data, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before that version is released.
